- SOUCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY This is a sources sought announcement ONLY and is NOT a request for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 541512 with a size standard of $27.5 million. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO or GSA. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19 is seeking sources for a potential contract upgrade of an Enterprise patient Queuing Suite software and migration of the existing Qmatic database to a new location. The requirement includes the following: Patient queuing software Kiosk with ticket printer and integrated controller Exam Room Scheduling Hardware installation and assembly Operations and Extended Maintenance The VA contemplates making a single award for services that will be performed for one (1) base year and four (4) option years at VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Aurora, Colorado.
