Description

The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD. intends to negotiate a task order with ERAPSCO, 4578 East Park Drive, Columbia City, IN. 46725-8869, on a sole source basis for the ADAR Low Frequency Passive (LFP) and MAC-E Mode Definition procurement. This procurement will provide contractor support to study, identify, and document potential solutions and the necessary trade space from which a best-solution can be developed to maximize simultaneous passive and active coverage within the context of a MAC-E mission. A sole source contract is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement upon the basis of the authority provided in 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a request for proposals. No phone inquiries will be entertained.
