- STATEMENT OF WORK Seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business which can meet minimum requirements as per SOR below for Columbia, MO VAMC. ***NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR SOURCES SOUGHT NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS POSTING*** Please respond to email: paul.dixon@va.gov by close date 0700 CST 7/17/2017. The contractor shall provide at minimum salient characteristics as stated below: STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS The Columbia, MO VAMC, is requesting vendors to provide the following items below. The Kansas City VA Cardiovascular Lab requires new Balloon Pumps and with the trade in. Any information submitted by an offeror for consideration will not be returned and will remain the property of the VA. All costs associated with submitting the above are the responsibility of the Contractor and all information provided must be submitted to the Contracting Officer. This solicitation uses a Brand Name or Equal Description of the product required. This permits prospective contractors to offer products other than those specifically referenced by brand name. All offers must work with existing equipment that has already been purchased and is currently in use at the station.
