Description

Performance Work Statement (PWS) Carestream SSS - Carestream Radiology Remedial Maintenance This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for Carestream Computed Radiology systems remedial maintenance. The 76th AMXG/NDI group requires the purchase of an Extended Service Agreement to provide remedial maintenance coverage for four (4) Carestream CR Reader systems currently in use with the Non Destructive Inspection office. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. Primary Point of Contact for the effort is Contracting Specialist Jennifer Leidall. Direct all questions regarding this Sources Sought Synopsis to the following email address by 18 July 2017 at 11:00 A.M.
