Notice Type: Posted Date: CANCELLATION July 11, 2017 Original Set Aside: Response Date: Open Market SDVOSB Business (Set-aside is strictly enforced) Classification Code: NAICS Code: 8540 Toiletry Paper Products 322291 Sanitary Paper Products CANCELLATION Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7; hereby provides notice of a cancellation concerning the solicitation for Sanitary Dispensers with refills of Tampons and Sanitary Napkins Services located at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. All bid offers submitted under the SDVOSB were found to be non-responsive and/or unacceptable based on the following: Technical Capability Statement for this type of Service was not submitted with the bid offer packages as per the Evaluation Criteria located under Section E.
