- Field Medical Training Battalion-East aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Johsnon, North Carolina has a requirement for the upgrade of existing audio visual (A/V) system for five (5) classrooms. The objective is for the contractor to remove the existing A/V system, design, furnish, install a new A/V system, and provide a five (5) year warranty. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the quoter that represent the Best Value, utilizing Trade-Off considering price and other factors. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation No. M6700117Q1288 will be posted on or about 10 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) previously known as Wide Area Workflow Receiving and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
