This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Small Businesses, including 8(a), Hub Zone and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 326199.The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of functionally equivalent equipment to all the following: Recycling System Item 001- Gray Panels/Black Accents - Terra, 45 Gallon Double Topload Recycling Center, Opening ID: L:(Commingle), R:(Trash) Item 002- Tall header board for a double unit with (1) full engraved and poured display - "Think Green, Act Green!"(Recycle arrows in top right), Color:Gray. Item 003- Restrictive Opening, Location: Left; Shape: Saturn Item 004- 1 Split in the top making the top 2 colors, Left: Blue; Right: Gray Item 005- Multi-color panels on a double unit; Left: Blue, Right: Gray. Item 006- One large panel overlay symbol image: recycle triangle, Location: Panel 1, Size: see proof, Shape: see proof Item 007- One large panel overlay symbol, Image: trashman, Location: Panel 2, Size: see proof, Shape: see proof Equipment shall meet a 24 /7 hour work day. Equipment shall include hardware to install. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 326199 - All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Colleen.McLaughlin@va.gov. No later than 07/17/2016 @ 10 A.M.
