- G17PS00635 - Sources Sought This notice is for market research and acquisition planning purposes only. The U.S. Geological Survey, Office of Acquisitions and Grants, is seeking diagnostic/calibration and repair services for Forest Technology Systems, Limited (FTS) water quality monitoring instruments. The equipment and repair/re-calibration services include water quality sensors, radar sensors, gas bubbler sensors, GOES data collection platforms, Iridium and cellular-based modems, rain gages, cables, and related accessories. The NAICS code is 811219; the size standard is $20.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement no later than 21 July 2017. Capability statements will be reviewed to determine the technical, administrative, and management capability of interested offerors to furnish these services. Capability statements will be used to assist in determining an appropriate procurement strategy; in particular, whether a set-aside is feasible or if an alternate procurement strategy is warranted. The projected award is for one year with two option years. Capability statements should demonstrate the firm's experience related to the diagnostic/calibration and repair services of FTS brand hydrographic instruments and include the following information: firm's name, address, DUNS number, business size and type (8(a), HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Large Business, etc.). Include a point of contact ¿s name, e-mail address, and telephone number. Capability statements must be received no later than July 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. EDST.
