- G17PS00705 - Sources Sought for Hydrographic Equipment This sources sought notice is for market research and acquisition planning purposes only. The U.S. Geological Survey, Office of Acquisitions and Grants, is seeking suppliers for Forest Technology Systems, Limited (FTS) (or equal) water quality monitoring instruments. A list of required items with salients is attached. The NAICS code is 334513; the size standard is 750 employees. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement no later than 21 July 2017. Capability statements will be reviewed to determine the technical, administrative, and management capability of interested offerors to furnish this equipment. Capability statements will be used to assist in determining an appropriate procurement strategy; in particular, whether a set-aside is feasible or if an alternate procurement strategy is warranted. The projected award is for one year with four option years. Capability statements should demonstrate the firm's experience related to the manufacturing of hydrographic instruments and include the following information: firm's name, address, DUNS number, business size and type (8(a), HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Large Business, etc.). Include a point of contact ¿s name, e-mail address, and telephone number. Capability statements must be received no later than July 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. EDST.
