- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is RFQ-2017-002-PYO, and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a full and open competition. Vendor is required to bid on all items. The Crow / Northern Cheyenne Hospital has a requirement for mobile ultrasound units, BRAND NAME or EQUAL, similar to the GE Venue 50, High Performance Tablet Color Doppler Ultrasound System with accessories. Listed below are the general descriptions of the salient physical, functional and performance characteristics which meet our minimum requirement. A manufacturer specification sheet for the GE Venue 50 which describes our technical requirements is attached. Requirement Contractor shall provide: 1. Quantity Two (2) Mobile Ultrasound Systems 2. Quantity Two (2) DICOM Print and Store System, Standard USA Package 3. Quantity Two (2) Wide-Band Linear Array Transducer (5-13 MHz Bandwidth) 4. Quantity Two (2) Wide-Band Convex Array Transducer (2-6 MHz Bandwidth) 5. Quantity Two (2) Docking Cart 6. Quantity Two (2) Compatible B/W Thermal Printer 7. User Manual 8. Installation 9. One Day On-Site Training Equipment must be new. Refurbished and remanufactured items will not be accepted. The intent is to select a source whose proposal is the most advantageous to the Government and issue a purchase order. The basis for award is best value, price and other factors considered. The expected outcome of this acquisition provides the great overall benefit for the Government in response to this requirement. Date required is 45 days after receipt of order and place of delivery is Crow / Northern Cheyenne Hospital, One Hospital Way, Crow Agency, MT. Acceptance and FOB point is the same address.
