- REHABILITATE EASTON BLDG FLOORS 9,10 Northeast Region Office Boston, MA PMIS No. 209396 PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT General: The National Park Service, Department of Interior, will be soliciting proposals for construction from firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on or after July 28, 2017, on the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) and FedConnect (www.fedconnect.net) websites. The entire solicitation package with all attached documents will be available in Microsoft Word, HTML and Adobe PDF, Specifications and drawings will be available in Adobe PDF format through fbo.gov and FedConnect. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Title of Project: Rehabilitate Easton Building Floors 9,10 Northeast Region Office, Boston, MA PMIS No. 209396 This project consists of:Remove and dispose of select existing system furniture., Replace existing carpet and vinyl base with new; prepare, prime and paint existing walls, windows, doors, frames, trim, and heat enclosures; replace select Bathroom fixtures with new. This procurement is being offered as a total small business set aside. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The contract duration is 84 calendar days following the notice to proceed. The anticipated solicitation issue date is July 28, 2017. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following the issuance of the solicitation, once posted. Proposal receipt date is approximate; actual date will be established at the time proposal documents are available. This pre-solicitation announcement does not constitute a solicitation. It is anticipated that a PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT will be scheduled to be held approximately one week after the solicitation is issued. Specific details regarding this meeting will be provided in the solicitation, once posted. Vendors can search for opportunities and award history on fbo.gov and FedConnect without registering. The Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) website has an Interested Vendors List and a Watchlist that you can add your company ¿s interest to. Registering provides opportunity to receive notifications, which is a tool of convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee of notification. Interested vendors and plan holders are required to visit either website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the synopsis or solicitation documents. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
