- Past performance questionnaire Pricing Matrix SF 1449 Provisions Instruction to offerors This acquisition is a Women Owned small-business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.1505(c). The purpose of this contract is to strengthen and augment INL/CAP’s capacities to recruit and deploy subject matter experts in support of INL’s foreign assistance programs through providing outreach services in following areas: developing and printing informational outreach materials describing INL’s programs, including police, corrections, ports and maritime, outreach, peacekeeping, training, gender and justice; assisting with workshop/event/conference planning and support, including both strategic planning, logistical arrangements, and other needed support; and development and production of other outreach materials.
