Description
AG-82FT-S-17-0019 The Pringle Falls Lead Paint Removal and Disposal project consists of removing all flaking paint from the Bunkhouse and the Administration Building according to State of Oregon Law and EPA Regulations. There is approximately 200 square feet of peeling paint to remove in total for both buildings as detailed on the Drawings and Specifications. Most to the areas of peeling paint are less than five feet off of the ground. There is two areas that are approximately 10 feet off the ground, one 8 feet off the ground and one 7 feet off of the ground. All visible paint chips on the ground will be HEPA vacuumed and disposed of according to EPA regulations and State of Oregon Code. Utilize control measures to ensure proper containment is in place at all times during removal of peeling paint. The Contractor shall dispose of all peeling paint according to State of Oregon Law and EPA Regulations. After the peeling paint is removed, primer all bear areas of the siding with an Oil based stain blocker primer. The allotted time for this contract is 30 days from the notice to proceed. Pre-proposal Site Visit - Upon Request. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 238320. Offerors shall submit all questions in writing by July 27, 2017. Questions shall be sent to asalas@fs.fed.us. Submit your proposal electronically to asalas@fs.fed.us, no later than August 3, 2017 11:00am MT.
