Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of VA Medical Center Dallas intends to solicit a requirement for Dental Outsourcing Services. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform dental laboratory services to fabricate dentures and other dental appliances. This procurement will be set aside. The contract will result in award of a Firm-Fixed Price Service Type Contract with a base and four (4) option year renewals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339113. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about August 3, 2017. The Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by NCO 17 Network Contracting Office. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate in this procurement at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
