Shipping to SW3113 SW3113 DLA DISTRIBUTION CHERRY POINT PHANTOM RD BLDG 147 BAY A CHERRY POINT NC 28533-5040 US FOB origin (First Destination Transportation) inspection and acceptance Origin This proposed contract is unrestricted. Based on the market survey,the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquistion of Commerical Items in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significiant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solcitation.
