- ****UPDATE 14 Jul 2017**** Notice to all vendors: The Government reminds all vendors to be sensitive to the potential existence of OCI issues involving companies who have individuals working within AF DCGS. It is in the best interests of all parties for each vendor to notify the Points of Contact for the AF DCGS ESP acquisition of any involvement of your employees currently within AF DCGS and any associations/involvement with AF DCGS OA or ESP. This will allow the Government and vendor to proactively work any potential OCI issues/mitigations. ****UPDATE 5 Jul 2017**** AFLCMC/HBGB will be hosting an Industry Day for the ESP Effort on 25 - 27 Jul 2017. Event sign in is 0830 - 0900 on the 25th.. Location is as follows: Museum of Aviation, Scott Auditorium 1942 Heritage Blvd, Robins AFB, GA 31098 Companies are limited to three personnel - must send Company Name, CAGE, and names/email addresses of the three personnel that will attend by COB 18 Jul 2017. A Services Summary document will be sent via AMRDEC once the company information has been received and validated. Additional information will be released at Industry Day. One-on-One sessions will be held on the 26th and 27th at the same location as the Industry Day. Sessions will be scheduled on a first-come first-served basis. If you would like to schedule a one-on-one sesson, please contact the personnel listed below. Vendors will be notified of their scheduled session time by COB 20 Jul 2017. This event will be held at the Unclassified level. Submit any questions and one-on-one requests by COB 18 Jul 2017 to the personnel listed below.
