- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic, Charleston, SC Code 22330, has a requirement for the Digital Receiver Technology, Inc (DRT), Final Repair of Wireless Receiver System PN RNR-121XC. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Digital Receiver Technology, Inc for the requirements listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Digital Receiver Technology, Inc is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. If you are an authorized reseller of Digital Receiver Technology Inc, please provide a capability statement that states quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. Final Repair of Wireless Receiver System PN RNR-121XC. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the Final Repair of Wireless Receiver System PN RNR-121XC and award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms in accordance with the attached RFQ N65236-17-Q-0911 and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Contract Specialist Mary Markowski, no later than 2:00pm, EST, 19 JUL 2017 or earlier. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on Brand Name based upon the response received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
