- CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is RFQ_A17PX00692 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2005-95 with a small business size standard of 100.00 employees. This requirement is an [ Indian Economic Enterprises ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2017-07-13 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The Bureau of Indian Affairs requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: KYOCERA TASKALFA 2551ci MFP. Minimum specifications: Full color copy machine with 24 copies per minute. Scan 70 per minute. 100 sheet Auto Feeder, 160 Meg hard drive with 1100 sheet built in paper capacity, 2 GB memory built in which allows up to 175 originals to be scanned, stored for immediate reproduction. Delivery and installation shall be no later than 45 days after award. Delivery location: Saint Ignatius, Montana 59865. TRADE-IN/PICK-UP: Kyocera, Model KM C3225, Serial # E52B5UO452, not in good working condition. ($__________ Value), 1, EA; LI 002: AMENDMENT ONE CORRECTS DESCRIPTION TO BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: CANON IMAGE RUNNER C5550i. Minimum specifications: Print up to 50 ppm (Letter) up to 30 ppm (Letter-R) Up to 29 ppm (Legal) ppm in color/black and white. Scan up to 160 ipm (300 dpi)(BW, color, duplex). Print up to 12 inches x 18 inches. 6350 sheet maximum paper capacity with cassette feeding Unit AMI. Delivery and installation shall be no later than 45 days after award. Delivery location: Lapwai, Idaho 83540-0277. TRADE-IN/PICK-UP: Kyocera, Model KM 3035, Serial #K3023312, not in working condition. ($__________ Value), 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, Bureau of Indian Affairs intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. Bureau of Indian Affairs is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. This requirement is a TOTAL Indian Economic Enterprise set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Dependent on Best Value, this RFQ may result in multiple awards.
