- NHNG Logos RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912TF-17-T-0038, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315990 - Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 500 Employees. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. To be considered for this award, the contractor shall: 1.) Be able to meet all requirements defined in the solicitation, 2.) Be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database per DFARS 252.204-7004 (www.sam.gov); 3.) Contractor shall be able to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (https://wawf.eb.mil) for payments to be processed electronically. The solicitation will start on Friday, 14 July 2017 and will end on Friday, 21 July 2017 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.fbo.gov. (FedBizOpps.Gov). This requirement is for Recruiting & Retention Promotional Items. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Please see attached RFQ_RRB RRPI for details. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be followed. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to isao.hattori.mil@mail.mil. Question Submission: Interested vendors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation by 19 July 2017 to enable the Buyer to respond.
