- The US Government anticipates soliciting nomenclature: Sign Kit, Contamination, CBRN M328, National Stock Number (NSN): 9905-01-567-7295/ Part Number: 5-14-602. It is a FULLY competitive procurement with a non-commercial Technical Data Package (TDP). It is a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside that will result in the award of one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 170 EACH with an option quantity 170 EACH. Inspection/Acceptance at ORIGIN and FOB is DESTINATION. A First Article Test (FAT) is required and will be outlined in the solicitation. Delivery is 270 days or less with FAT or 120 days or less without FAT. Packaging is Military/B and is further outlined in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 07 AUG 2017. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in Systems Award Management (SAM). The SAM registration address is https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
