- Description
- Sources sought for the RAMPOD program. The Government is conducting market research to identify sources that can provide specialized Reliability-Availability-Maintainability Logistics Engineering Support System for Electronic Combat Pods, Avionics, and Integrated Systems (RAMPOD) sustainment, to include Oracle CFO reporting, maintaining a MAC II ATO, and provide through IV&V for all deployable applications. These services include analytical operations support, software sustainment support and system engineering for the RAMPOD program, servers, applications and users. The support required includes software maintenance of Precision Attack, Range and Electronic Warfare pod data collection applications, Total Asset Visibility (TAV) applications for aircraft avionics components, systems engineering analysis and reporting, database operational support, integration support, processing of incoming data, and validation of pod logistical data. Services required also include the maintenance of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) compliant oracle database for fiscal data that interfaces with the Defense Financial Accounting System (DFAS), and the update of financial records concerning ownership burden in real time. The contractor shall control and maintain all three servers owned by the RAMPOD program (Development, Test, and Production), under the rules of privileged access within Authority to Operate (ATO). Contractor support shall be required for all RAMPOD applications. Contractor personnel shall be responsible for the collection, updating, processing and reporting of inventory and status data for all RAMPOD systems and applications. The contractor shall provide experienced program management support for the RAMPOD program. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors.
