- The USDA Forest Service, National Forests in Florida, Florida National Scenic Trail (FNST) Program has a requirement to develop two short films: (1) <1 minute captivating social media promotional video (1) 2-3 minute extended promotional video for use in social media and other web-based promotions. Award will be based on BEST VALUE to the Government price and other factors considered. Evaluation factors are technical capability, past performance, and price. The solicitation and related documents will be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about July 28, 2017. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. The government will award one contract as a result of this Request For Proposal. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Awards Management Database (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be a certified 100% Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service. This solicitation was previously advertised under solicitation number AG-4283-S-17-0012.
