- Amendment 01. Amendment 01 dated July 6, 2017, amended the RFP:(1) to accept all recent and relevant past performance information, and not limit it to contracts for which the offeror was the prime contractor; and (2) to remove the salary rate limitation clauses. The file containing the amended RFP clauses failed to upload properly. This amendment includes the file for Amendment 01, and does note make any other changes. All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
