- ATTACHMENT 2 - DIVISION 01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ATTACHMENT 1 – PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS Project # FKNN172037 Dated 22 March 2017 W912JD-17-B-2002 B530 Envelope Repair The Maine Air National Guard has a requirement for exterior envelope repair of Building 530, Bangor IAPS, ME. The solicitation W912JD-17-B-2002 will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All current and/or future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Therefore, interested parties are responsible for monitoring FBO to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a bid must have a DUNS number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to have a DUNS number and "active" SAM account will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. Potential offerors can register their company by going to www.sam.gov.
