- IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND CAN PROVIDE A QUOTE, PLEASE DO SO. This will be an all or none based award. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the brand name or equal product cited and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ 17-Q-2703 to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. An equal must be an exact equal and will require approval by the originator prior to award. All part numbers must be manufacturer's part numbers. All quotes must include the delivery lead time after award of contract. All items must be on contract at time of submission. Vendors must be registered in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). If you are not registered, your quote may be refused. Please keep your SAM updated. Please include your CAGE code on your quote. UID labels are required for all items with a unit price of $5,000.00 or over (MIL-STD-130N W/Change 1, 15-JUN-07). Quote is due to Jessica Meddick, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN,Atlantic by 7/21/2017 at 3:00PM Eastern Standard (EST). Quotes will be accepted via email: jessica.meddick@navy.mil. If you have questions/concerns, please email them. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept proposals via email at jessica.meddick@navy.mil. In order to be considered for this requirement you must submit a response and verify your company is a small business. PLEASE REFER TO THIS NUMBER IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE SOLICITION 17- Q-2703. Please see the RFQ ISSUED and drawings attached for more detailed information about this solicitation. Please see the below question asked by a vendor and the answer provided by the technical POC. Question: I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services or if this is a new requirement. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract number? Answer: There's no current contractor providing the service. This is a new requirement. Update on 7/14/2017: This requirement has been changed and new quotes will need to be submitted to be eligible for award. Please see the attached document titled 'RFQ ISSUED- AMENDMENT 2' for the new list of items and technical specifications for each item. The shipping addresses have also been changed and the attached document titled 'SHIPPING INFORMATION_RFQ' has the detailed list of shipping addresses for each CLIN. Please make sure your quote includes shipping charges if applicable and states whether your quote is 'FOB DESTINATION' or 'FOB ORIGIN'. The drawings have not changed. This RFQ has been extended to close on 7/21/2017 at 3:00 PM EST.
