- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE VA262-17-Q-1414 Responses are due by 2:00 pm (PST), July 20, 2017 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. Solicitation VA262-17-Q-1414 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued as Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 750 Employees. The Government is seeking a vendor who can provide the following items for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System: Item Number Description QTY Unit Price Total Price 63402 AirFit F20 Full Face Mask with headgear, Large Manufacturer RESMED 400 63401 AirFit F20 Full Face Mask with headgear, Medium Manufacturer RESMED 400 This solicitation is for brand name (exact match) only and offerors shall be an authorized distributor by the manufacture and must be able to offer full manufacture warranty all at a fair and reasonable price offering best value to the Government.
