- Description
- The procurement will result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to REPLACE LIGHT FIXTURES WITH LED, BLDG 520, 543 AND 544, NAF MISAWA, JAPAN. The work includes the removal of existing fluorescent light fixtures and installing new light emitting diode (LED) light fixtures in the Navy buildings 520, 543 and 544, Misawa U.S. Air Force Base. The Government will evaluate bids in response to this solicitation without discussions and will award a contract to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors specified elsewhere in the solicitation. LOCAL SOURCES RESTRICTIONS. This solicitation is intended only for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally resident and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation. The solicitation due date and time indicated in the FBO is the Japanese Standard Time (JST).
