(W912EP-13-D-0013); Manson Construction Company (W912EP-13-D-0014); C. F. Bean LLC (W912EP-13-D-0015). PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FROM ANY ENTITY OTHER THAN THE PREVIOUSLY LISTED FIRMS. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project work consisting of a base and one option, entails maintenance dredging shoal material from Palm Beach Harbor. Base work includes dredging the Entrance channel to depths varying from 37 to 39 feet, the Southern Turning Basin to 33 feet, and the Northern Turning Basin to 25 feet. All base dredge area depths have a 2-foot allowable over depth. Optional work consists of dredging the settling basin to a depth of 33 feet, plus a 2-foot allowable over depth. All material will be placed in the permitted beach disposal area which lies immediately south of the inlet. Incidental work includes but is not limited to, turbidity monitoring and endangered species monitoring. Magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The request for proposal will be issued on or about 17 July 2017 and proposals will be due on or about 16 August 2017. The award of the task order will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation factors are availability of technically acceptable plant and equipment and past performance under the Group 4 DREDGING POOL.
