- Copy of ISO Certificate Amendment No. 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description. USAMMA has a requirement to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certification. The Contractor shall evaluate the Quality Management System (QMS) of M3D, USAMMA. The Contractor shall determine the acceptability of USAMMA's QMS against the ISO 9001:2015 standard with the goal of obtaining the appropriate ISO registration certificate. The audits to be conducted under this contract shall include USAMMA's five (5) Maintenance Operations Divisions (MOD) located in Tracy, CA; Herlong, CA; Hill Air Force Base, UT; Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA; and the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) National Maintenance Program (NMP) located at Fort Detrick, MD. The Contractor shall provide re-certification (re-registration) audits and surveillance audits for ISO 9001:2015. The period of performance for this contract shall be for a base period of twelve (12) months from the date of award and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Questions concerning this Request for Proposal (RFP) are due no later than 4:30pam Eastern Time on 13 July 2017. Questions received after this time will not be accepted or answered. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Christopher Sult, at christopher.m.sult.civ@mail.mil by the closing date and time as stated. The e-mail must have a subject title of "W81XWH-17-T-0306: Solicitation Questions." Telephone inquiries will NOT be accepted at any time. The Government will issue a solicitation amendment containing answers to questions. Proposals are due No Later Than: 4:30pm Eastern Time on 24 July 2017. Proposal shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Christopher Sult. Proposals shall clearly indicate the offeror's company name, address, and Point of Contact (POC).
