- Request for Quote (RFQ) Statement of Work (SOW) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This requirement is being solicited for Full and Open Competition and is being contracted from a location outside of the United States and its outlying areas. 768 EABS/CONS is requesting quotes for the following requirement: SOLICITATION #: FA5422-17-Q-7042 DESCRIPTION: Replacement Latrines & Showers (See attached RFQ and SOW)
