Description

1.This notice of intent is not a request for quotes and no solicitation is available. The Officer Training School (OTS) has a requirement to purchase, replace and install locks for the OTS dormitory located in Building (Bldg.) 1491 at Maxwell AFB, AL. The installation of the new electric mortise locks will replace existing Onity electronic locks. The locks must be integrated into the existing Andover Access controls system. This Andover Access controls system integrates the building controllers, door locks, request to exit buttons, Human Interface Devices (HID) Common Access Card (CAC) Readers, and existing camera system across campus including Blue Thunder as well as the individual dormitory door locks system. This system is tied back to two servers with an enrollment station at each location. This system is controlled at the server located in Bldg 1487. All connections must be made via media converters, fiber converters and fiber breakout switches. All controllers, workstations and servers must have the latest updated software and programming revisions installed as required for all equipment.
