Description

Combined synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Armed Forced Medical Examiner System (AFMES) Division of Forensic Toxicology (DFT) has a requirement for the Brand Name or Equal Qiagen QIAseq Targeted DNA Panel in accordance with (IAW) the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MEC) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) identified in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The acquisition is full and open competition using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. The RFQ closes on Monday 24 July 2017 at 10:00 A.M. ET. NOTE: all submission must be sent via email: kimberly.s.hannan.civ@mail.mil This RFQ as well as any amendments will be used electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided.
