Description

Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for cloud based digital signage solution at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS). This requirement includes signage solutions for all areas under the responsibility of VAPAHCS (all CBOCs, Veteran Centers, clinics). The solicitation number for this RFP VA261-17-R-0654. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 19, 2017, with an anticipated quote due date of August 4, 2017. The government anticipates awarding a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Period of Performance will be for a base year and four option years. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541511, size standard $27.5 million. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Nicole.do@va.gov not later than August 1, 2017 at 4:00 PM PST. BACKGROUND: This is a new requirement with no past contract information. The first task order for digital signage solutions at the Monterey Outpatient Clinic (OPC) in Marina, CA will be awarded with the base contract. Implementation is scheduled for late September 2017.
