- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, CO, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract IHS Global Incorporated (CAGE 6A920) in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government's requirement is for IHS Jane's on-line subscription database for Space Systems and Industry, IHS Jane's Defence Weekly on-line subscription, IHS Jane's Intelligence Review Magazine,IHS Jane's Defence Weekly Magazine and a Hardcover 2016-2017 IHS Jane's Space Systems and Industry. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Please see attached Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for further guidance and requirement details.
