Page 1 of 1 The Albany VA Medical Center located at 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY have a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for its Elekta MOSAIQ Record and Verify Software System to include full software maintenance and support services, including software upgrades, service bulletins and alerts, telephone, email and online support. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Albany VA Medical Center. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
