The current requirement is for two (2) fixed wing aircraft with the capability to expand to four (4) fixed wing aircraft. Aircraft will primarily base operations at Stuttgart Army Airfield (SAAF), Stuttgart, Germany. Alternately, the Contractor may be required to base aircraft at the airfield in Wiesbaden, Germany. The Contractor shall be capable of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, limited security and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform airlift (passenger, cargo, and combination (COMBI)) services, limited door-to-door services, and command and control throughout the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) of fixed-wing operations.
