Atch 8 - Past Performance Questionnaire Atch 7 - RFP Offeror Information Sheet Atch 6 - Basic Eligibility and Carrier Flag Status Atch 5 - EPA Actual Cost of Fuel - Airlift Atch 4 - DD254 Atch 3 - Aircraft Identification Table Atch 2 - Pricing spreadsheet Atch 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) 14 Jul 17 SOCEUR Fixed Wing Airlift Services RFP The purpose of this requirement is to provide fixed wing airlift services supporting U.S. Special Operations Command-Europe (SOCEUR). The current requirement is for two (2) fixed wing aircraft with the capability to expand to four (4) fixed wing aircraft. Aircraft will primarily base operations at Stuttgart Army Airfield (SAAF), Stuttgart, Germany. Alternately, the Contractor may be required to base aircraft at the airfield in Wiesbaden, Germany. The Contractor shall be capable of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, limited security and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform airlift (passenger, cargo, and combination (COMBI)) services, limited door-to-door services, and command and control throughout the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) of fixed-wing operations.
