Laydays commence 03 August 2017 and cancel 04 August 2017. The period of performance will be one voyage. (17) Place of Contract Performance: Load: BP Rotterdam, Netherlands; Discharge: Killingholme, UK (18) Set-aside status: Unrestricted. The decision to make this "Unrestricted" is based on the work being done outside the United States or its outlying areas (See Far 19.000(b)). All responsible business sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Small Business Associate has concurred with this assessment.
