- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Power Supply upgrade and Warranty for Integrated Control and Monitoring System. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base period with four, 1-year option periods. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR and supporting document(s). If downloading is not possible, all request for copies of the SIR documents(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Shelley Harrell, Contract Specialist (AAQ-812), via e-mail at Shelley.Harrell@faa.gov. Any and all questions pertaining to this SIR should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at, Shelley.Harrell@faa.gov by 3:00 p.m. CST on August 1, 2017 to allow for adequate response time. No questions will be allowed after that date and time. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CST,August 1, 2017, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. The SIR/RFO is not be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation. Warranty Maintenance Services will include technical, hardware and software support on the following 17 commissioned ICMS sites in the NAS to include: Telephone Technical Support, Field Technical Support, Return Material Authorization, and Software support. 1. Atlanta (ATL) 2. Denver (DEN) 3. Chicago (ORD) 4. Newark (EWR) 5. Dulles (IAD) 6. Houston (IAH) 7. Indianapolis (IND) 8. Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) 9. Phoenix (PHX) 10. Seattle (SEA) 11. Salt Lake City (SLC) 12. St. Louis (STL) 13. LaGuardia (LGA) 14. John F. Kennedy (JFK) 15. Cleveland (CLE) 16. Charlotte, NC (CLT) 17. Oklahoma City (AJW) The contractor shall remove and replace the power supplies at 13 ICMS-equipped sites. Specifically, at these 13 sites, the contractor shall remove and replace the power supplies in the rack-mounted ICMS equipment with harmonic-free units so that ICMS ® can meet the parameters necessary to allow the ICMS to be connected to the Critical Power Bus of the site. This does not include the server workstation. The parameters to be met are Power Factor, Inrush Current, and Total Harmonic Distortion as described in Order 6030.20F ELECTRICAL POWER POLICY, and Specification FAA-G-2100H ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. The FAA will schedule and coordinate the installations with the FAA Operational ICMS sites and the vendor. The contractor shall provide appropriate personnel to travel to the sites at the request of the FAA. - The 13 ICMS-equipped sites which are to have the power supplies updated are: Atlanta Denver Chicago O ™Hare (ORD)* Elgin (C90)* Newark Dulles Houston Indianapolis Minneapolis-St. Paul Phoenix Seattle Salt Lake City Oklahoma City “ Test bed *ORD and C90 are part of the same operational system but are treated as separate systems for this purpose.
