Attachment 5 Pictures Attachment 4 VAR Attachment 3 FBI Invoice Procedures Attachment 2 Wage Determination Attachment 1SOW RFQ Bonyard Cleanup In Accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) identified as Attachment 1 The FBI, located at 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, West Virginia (WV) 26306, requires a Contractor to provide all personnel, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to remove all identified material from the FBI controlled space in a safe and efficient manner following all local, state and federal laws and guidelines. All items to be removed are in many stages of storage, some stacked neatly and some piled loosely. All items are in small to midsized stacks and piles. All stacks or piles of material are clearly marked with highly visible marker paint on either the side or end. Each stack or pile are has been assigned a number for identification and reporting purposes. Where necessary earth material that needs leveled out has also been assigned a number for identification and reporting purposes. All materials being removed will either be covered to prevent any spillage or will be placed into a container not to exceed the top of the container or bed height of the truck. Work shall not be done during inclement weather. Trucks removing material from the site shall not exceed the weight limit of the road leading to and from the area where work will be occurring. All roads, if disturbed, must be returned to the original condition of the road before the work began. While working in the identified area it should be noted you will be passing through an active construction site. All rules and regulations that are local, state, and federally required and or mandated will be followed. Excess soil in the work are must be graded out and reseeded and mulched. All ground disturbed during the removal of items will returned to grade level and reseeded and mulched. The area where the majority of work is to be performed is adjacent to the property boundary line. There shall be no spillage of material or material runoff onto non bureau owned lands. It will be the contractor's responsibility to secure all work areas to avoid any run off of material or water from such material to any non-bureau owned property. DUE TO TALL GRASS AND THE TIME OF YEAR, PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY FOR THE SITE VISIT. THERE COULD BE SNAKES, BEES, BUGS, OTHER ANIMALS PRESENT AND HIDDEN DEBRIS. SITE VISIT IS STRONLY RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
