Description
HPDE Pipe - BLM Utah Amendment Four (4) posts the following question / answer: Q. I would like to ask if Pipe SDR (Standard Dimension Ration) is 11 and the PSI is 200 is acceptable? A. No. Amendment Three (3) posts the following question / answer Q. must it be on 5,000' rolls? Can it be on, for example, 2,500' rolls. A. Yes, the rolls must be 5,000 ¿ Amendment Two (2) corrects the wrong answer to the question below. The correct answer is that the pipe must be on metal reels. Amendment One (1) posts the following question / answer: Q. Does this pipe need to be on metal reels ? A. no, the pipe does not need to be on metal reels The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) State-Utah seeks a contractor to supply HPDE pipe. The specifications for the HDPE pipe are in the attached file referencing specifications. The quantity is twelve (12) rolls (reels) of 5,000 ` (five thousand foot) length. The location where the rolls (reels) are to be delivered is the BLM Color Country District Office 176 East DL Sargent DR Cedar City, UT 84721. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is being conducted under NAICS code 326122 Pipe, rigid plastics, manufacturing under which a company must have seven hundred fifty (750) or less employees to be classified as a small business under this code. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business under NAICS code 326122. The contractor will be selected by means of lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Technically acceptable means meeting the technical specifications given in the attached file referencing specifications. Whether or not a proposed product is or is not technically acceptable is the sole decision of the BLM. The terms and conditions are the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses of a commercial item in the dollar range of Simplified Acquisition Procedures - attached file. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have a current entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal government contracting.
