- 6TX0663Classification Code: X NAICS Code: 531120 This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 44,733 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 43,856 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 0 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Treasury Executive Office of Asset Forfeiture (TEOAF). The lease has been awarded to the 311 UNION PACIFIC HOLDING, LLC in Laredo, TX.
