- SYNOPSIS SUBJ: HLU-196D/E BATTERY PACK SOLICITATION#: N68335-17-Q-0179 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for two (2) HLU-196D/E Battery Packs, P/N 3590AS110-1 in support of the Armament Program. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract will be set-aside 100% for small business. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. The RFQ will be posted in approximately 15 calendar days on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) and will be open to all interested small businesses under designated NAICS code 335911 that express an interest and possess an approved DD2345 Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. For Form 2345 information, call DLIS in Battle Creek, MI at 800-352-3572 or visit on the web at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. Hard copies of the RFQ and amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors. This procurement includes technical data requirements.
