Description

eD3 Section L and M Amendment 3 eD3 Section B Amendment 3 AMENDMENT 3 Amendment 3 clarifies the following: 1) Offerors are required to address Section C.12 in its entirety. 2) Offerors are not required to provide pricing for their proposed, optional, cloud based solution. 3) The cloud based solution pricing CLINS in Option Periods 2-4 have been removed from Section B. 4) Section L.4.2 clarifies that electronic proposals may be submitted, if feasible. a. File size limitation is 15mb b. Volume numbers may be split into separate parts. Split Volumes shall be numbered c. The designated government official will need to be contacted, to physically receive any hand deliveries from Offerors, when the Offeror arrives at the front security desk at SEC HQ. 5) Section L clarifies the proposal due-date is Wednesday July 19, 2017 at 5:00pm ET
