- The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is contemplating award of one Firm Fixed Price Call Order to be competed under a previously established Blanket Purchase Agreement for the purchase of 44 fabrication of parts in accordance with part numbers 13019385 (Weldment, Loader Hatch Latch) and 13019387 (Upright, Loader Hatch Latch) in support of Army Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC). Delivery shall be shipped no later than 28 July 2017. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government will not pay for any information provided under this notice. The POC for this effort is Paul Batrony, Contract Specialist, ACC-NJ-JA, paul.e.batrony.civ@mail.mil.
