- TRAVERSE PC SOFTWARE 3 YEAR LICENSE RENEWAL AND MAINTENANCE The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items purchase order for a 3 year maintenance and support renewal subscription for its existing 25 User TPC Professional Edition V11.6 Update from Existing Copies (25 User Network License)., and 9 Stand Alone Professional edition to Traverse PC, Inc., who is deemed as a Total Small Business single source reasonably available pursuant to FAR subpart 13.106(b)(1). The performance period is from 09/01/2017 for a period of three (3) years. The NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard $38.5M. Description of service: 1) All automatic updates for 3 years, 2) Major Program release and agile releases, 4) Technical support, 5) Online Training Sessions (Screen Sharing, and electronic learning guides for all users. All responsible sources shall submit a capability statement, the proposed system specifications, and a quotation, which shall be considered.
