- Description
- Construction services needed for Roof and Interior Ceiling repairs at Newt Graham Lock & Dam 18, Wagoner County, Oklahoma. The estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to replace/repair the roof on the visitor's center at Newt Graham Lock & Dam 18. Approximate dimensions are 44' x 44' Work will consist of removing any existing roofing material and debris from the visitor's center roof and shall be disposed of at the contractor's expense. Contractor shall remove and replace any rotting or bad decking once old roofing material is removed and decking is exposed. Roof shall be clean and free from any loose foreign debris prior to installation of the new roofing material. Contractor shall then apply 1 inch insulation board to the prepared roof. New roofing material shall be Duro last membrane roofing and shall be 50 mil PVC mechanically attached. Roofing material and membrane shall then be installed as per manufacturer's recommendations and specifications to include installation of new flashing at all penetrations. All rotted wood around roof edges shall be removed and replaced with new wood blocking at roof edges. The roof material shall be same as or better than Duro last single-ply 50 mil membrane roofing. Contractor site visit is recommended prior to bidding the project. A site visit is scheduled for 10:30 AM CST, 8 August 2017.
