Within this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice, the RFQ Solicitation documents exist and all RFQ submission, quotes and email inquiries will be accepted. Furthermore, a contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is a request for Proposals or Quotations of potential qualifications of Small Businesses Service Disabled Veteran-Owned firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing). The component must be top of the line in quality and replacement parts must be locally available to the customer throughout the United States. WARRANTY: Prospective vendors shall be able to provide direct manufacturer support and shall directly issue a manufacturer's limited factor warranty of the government, Should cover (3) three years parts & Labor, excluding Batteries & Tires.. Vendor shall provide a cut sheet(s), schematic(s), diagram(s), or similar clearly indicating DynaPac Vibratory Roller or Equal. DELIVERY LOCATION: The delivery area is located: Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center 79 Middleville Road Building 16; Northport, New York 11768 CODES: Vendor shall comply with accepted manufacturer process, as well as current Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Labor Department, and New York codes, laws and regulations as applicable to this statement of work. FINAL INSPECTION: All material delivered must meet specifications provided and will be inspected by Operations Supervisor. All submission for any quotes will be given to service POC approval/inclusion or exclusion based on salient characteristics. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is open to all SDVOSB vendors who have an interest in this offer. They should furnish detailed data and quotes concerning their defined interest by June 22, 2017, by 8 AM EST(Saturday). The currently NAICS code for this notice is 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing) and the size standard is 1,250 employees. All response email should contain the following information: Name of firm, Socio-Economic category of the firm (SDVOSB), complete address, complete email address and phone number of contact.
