Description
Amendment No.: 001 is for Solicitation No.: A17PS01004 as follows: Amendment is to respond to questions received. 1. I have a question concerning Solicitation Number A17PS01004. Will audio visual equipment and a technician to operate it be available to the consultant who conduct your workshops for this project? Or, will I need to add equipment and a technician to the cost of the project? GOVERNMENT ¿S RESPONSE: Materials: materials should include hands on training material specific to the phonic and comprehension program. Also manuals that can help teachers work thru the program when they need assistance or guidance. The program should offer material for the school to purchase that well be used by teachers and implemented with students (hands on). Equipment: Technology to enhance the training, and training on webinar for support. Consistent online support when needed. Coaching: we are seeking a program that well have consistent frequent coaching for teachers that well help guide them through lessons in how to improve teaching the program, improve class management and also learning how to look at the data to regroup students. Coaching in how to specifically help teachers precisely teach phonics and be consistent from teacher to teacher. Home-school connection: we would like a program that provides training to our parents/guardians in how to assist their children at home with phonics, reading and comprehension. Possibly the coach will assist in these family nights. 2. What is the process for contract approval once the RFP is submitted? GOVERNMENT ¿S RESPONSE: When this solicitation closes the school personnel will be evaluating all proposals received and award selection will be inaccordance to the evaluation factors that are in the solicitation package. 3. When may we expect a signed contract? With the workshop scheduled for Monday, we require the signed contract this week. Will that deadline be met? GOVERNMENT ¿S RESPONSE: See response on question 2. 4. I've just sent you our proposal in a separate email, along with the Indian Economic Enterprise form. I'm not certain where I can find the FAR Clause 52.212.3 or the Offerer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and DIAR 1452.280-4. Could you point me in the right direction for those two documents? GOVERNMENT ¿S RESPONSE: The document you submitted is the DIAR 1452.280-4 and the FAR Clause 52.212-3, you should be able to download from your SAM.GOV website. 5. Are there any other documents you require from us for our submission to be considered complete? GOVERNMENT ¿S RESPONSE: Please refer back to solicitation to verify what needs to be submitted and what justifies a complete proposal. Per the solicitation, a response to each evaluation factor is required, along with FAR clause 52.212-3 and DIAR 1452.280-4. NO MORE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
