- Document Type: Sources Sought Notice Solicitation Number: W912L1-17-T-0225 Contracting Office Address National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office for Texas, Purchasing and Contracting, 2200 West 35th Street, Austin, TX 78703. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Texas (USPFO-TX) seeks information on commercial vendors that are capable of providing the Texas Army National Guard, Recruiting and Retention Command with a quantity of one (1) Portable Climbing Wall capable of accomodating a maximum of three climbers simultaneously on an auto-belay safety system, 24ft tall, capable of withstanding 35mph winds, capable of being towed, and inclusive of a hydraulic lift for setup. USPFO-TX is anticipating awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for one (1) Portable Climbing Wall. After results of this market research are obtained and analyzed, USPFO-TX may conduct a competitive procurement and subsequently award a Purchase Order. If at least two qualified small businesses are identified during this market research stage, then any competitive procurement that resulted would be conducted as a small business set-aside. USPFO-TX is seeking responses from all responsible sources, including large, foreign, and small businesses. Small businesses are defined under the associated NAICS code for this effort, 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing, as those domestic sources employing 750 personnel or less. Please include your company's size classification and socio-economic status in any response to this notice. Companies that provide the commodities described herein are requested to email a detailed report describing their capabilities to Richard.g.kim4.mil@mail.mil no later than the response date for this sources sought notice. The report should include information relevant to your products or capabilities. Also, the following information is requested to be provided as part of the response to this sources sought notice: 1. Name of the company that provides the commodities for which information is provided. 2. Name of company(ies) that are authorized to provide the commodities, their addresses, and a point of contact for the company (name, phone number, fax number and email address). 3. Indication of number of days, after receipt of order that is typical for delivery of such commodities. 4. Indication of whether the commodities are currently on one or more GSA Federal Supply Schedule contracts and, if so, the GSA FSS contract number(s). 5. Any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should consider in developing its minimum specifications and finalizing its market research.
