Description

Special Notice.   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to ERA HEALTH LLC dba VETERANS HEALTH (SDVOSB) for the purpose of procuring ACUSEAL GORTEX GRAFTS, ACUSEAL GRAFT GORES, INTERING VASCULAR GRAFTS, PROPATEN VASCULAR GRAFTS, STRETCH VASCULAR GRAFTS, STRETCH RING REMOVERS, VIABAHN ENDOPROTHESIS, and TRANSJUGULAR INTRAHEPATIC PORTOSYSTEMIC SHUNT ENDOPROSTHESIS consisting of item stock numbers ECH060040A, ECH060020A, ECH470045A, IRST06060060L, IRST08080080L, RR47010045L, HT064050A, HT066070A, SBT1602D, SBT1802D, HT0845050A, SBT2002D, SAX01D, SAX02D, VBJR051002A, VBJR060202A, VBJR060502A, VBJR061002A, VBJR071002A, VBJR070502A, VBJR081002A, VBH100502A, VBH091002A, VBH100502A, VBH101002A, VBH110502A, VBH130502A, and VBH131002A for the Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, Virginia 23667. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the GRAFTS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the GRAFTS may give written notice to Jackie.Bray@VA.Gov by 2:00pm e.s.t. on July 24, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. Responses received from responsible sources by 2:00pm e.s.t. on July 24, 2017 will be considered by the Government.
